Ingredients:
  • 6.35 oz. Cream cheese
  • 1 oz. Butter
  • 3.5 oz. Milk
  • 3 Large Egg yolks
  • 0.35 oz. Cake flour
  • 0.7 oz. Corn starch
  • 3 Large Egg white
  • 2.1 oz. Sugar
  • 0.45 tsp. Lemon juice
Directions:

Put cream cheese, butter, milk into a bowl, then put on top of hot water.

Until all melted and smooth, add egg yolk.

Add cake flour and corn starch, then sieve it.

Add lemon juice into egg white, add sugar in 3 times, until soft peak.

Add 1/3 egg white to egg yolk mixture, mix completely, pour into mold.

Bake upper heat 356 °F/180 °C lower heat 230 °F/ 110 °C 30mins, then upper heat 302 °F/150 °C lower heat 302 °F/110°C 60-70mins. If you don't have an upper-lower heat setting, you can bake 302 °F/ 150 °C 30mins and 302 °F/ 110 °C 60-70mins. Enjoy!
