Ingredients:
  • 1 Oz. Sugar
  • 3 Tbsp Water
  • 3 Tbsp Hot water
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 2 Large Egg yolks
  • 8.8 Oz. Milk
  • 1.2 Oz. Sugar
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla extract
Directions:

Sugar and water the pot, heat until the dark brown color, add hot water. Pour into molds.

Add egg yolks, eggs, vanilla. Whisk the ingredients thoroughly.

Microwave sugar and milk in 1mins 30s or heat it in a pot. Until all sugar is dissolved.

Add the milk to the beaten egg while whisking the mixture. Sift it in 2 times.

Pour the egg into the molds. Bake 280 ºF/ 140 ºC for 40~55 minutes depending on the molds.

Refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
