Ingredients:
  • 12.3 Oz. Cream cheese
  • 3.17 Oz. Sugar
  • 3 Large Egg
  • 5.2 Oz. Whipping cream
  • 0.35 Oz. Matcha powder
  • 0.52 Oz. Cake flour
Directions:

Beat cream cheese and sugar until soft.

Add eggs one at a time, beat until soft and smooth.

Sieve the matcha powder, add the light cream gradually, mix until there are no powder particles.

Sift in the low-gluten flour and mix, then sieve the batter and pour it into the mold.

Bake at 430 °F/220 °C for 30 minutes, if the color is not enough, bake at 445 °F/230 °C for 5-10 minutes.
