Ingredients:
  • 2 Large Egg yolks
  • 0.17 Oz. Sugar
  • 0.52 Oz. All-purpose flour
  • 0.52 Oz. Butter
  • 2.82 Oz. Milk
  • 2 Large Egg whites
  • 1 Oz. Sugar
Directions:

Coat the baking dish with butter and sugar.

Divide the egg yolks from the whites. Mix the yolks with sugar and flour.

Melt butter in a saucepan and add milk to it. Mix it with the egg yolks mixture.

Mix it over low heat, use egg whisk constantly until it has thickened. Whisk it until smooth.

Beat the egg whites, add sugar and lemon juice. Beat until stiff.

Gradually add egg white into the souffle base.

Transfer the mixture to the baking dishes. Gently shake the dishes. Bake 15 minutes at 360°F/180°C.

Sift icing sugar on the top. Enjoy!
