Ingredients:
  • 4.5 Oz. Cake flour
  • 2.4 Oz. Sugar
  • 1 Oz. Cocoa powder
  • 0.1 Tsp Salt
  • 0.6 Cup Water
  • 2/3 Tsp Baking soda
  • 0.8 Tsp Vinegar
  • FROSTING:
  • 1.7 Oz. Icing sugar
  • 0.6 Oz. Cocoa powder
  • 3 Tsp Hot water
Directions:

Sift in the flour and cocoa powder, then add sugar and salt.

Add water, baking powder, and vinegar, and mix well.

After pouring into the mold, bake at 356 °F/180 °C degrees for 25 minutes, then unmold after cooling down.

Sift the powdered sugar and cocoa powder into a bowl, add hot water in portions, and finally add to the cake.
