Chocolate Orange Ciambellone

Ingredients:
  • For the cake
  • 13 oz. All-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Baking soda
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 7 oz. Granulated sugar
  • 0.625 cup Sunflower Seed Oil (5 fl oz.)
  • 0.625 cup Orange Juice (5 fl oz.)
  • 2 tbsp. Orange zest
  • 2 1/2 oz. Chocolate Chips
  • For Baking pan
  • 1 tsp. Butter
  • 1 tbsp. All-Purpose Flour
  • Garnish
  • 1/4 cup Powdered sugar ㅤ

Begin to incorporate the flour, add the baking powder and soda.

In a bowl, break 4 eggs, add the sugar, and whisk well.

Add the sunflower oil and whisk again.

Add orange juice to the dough mix well, and add orange zest mix well.

Time to add flour mixture.

Add chocolate chips and mix well.

Once all the ingredients have been blended, pour into a butter greased and floured baking pan.

Put in the oven at 350°F/177°C for 40 minutes.

Remove donut from the oven, remove from the mold.

Let it cool and cut it into slices.

Garnish with powder sugar.
