  • 1 Inch Cube ginger (grated)
  • 1/2 tsp. Pepper
  • 1 tsp. Honey
  • 2 tsp. Lemon juice
  • For cumin cinnamon fat-burning drink:
  • 5.2 cup Water
  • 3 tsp. Cumin
  • 3 Pieces Cinnamon sticks
  • 1 tsp. Honey
  • 2 tsp. Lemon juice
  • For chia lemon fat-burning drink:
  • 17.5 Fl. oz. Cumin cinnamon drink
  • 17.5 Fl. oz. Water
  • 2 tsp. Chia seeds
  • 1 tsp. Honey
  • 2 tsp. Lemon juice

How to make lemon ginger fat-burning drink: Firstly, in a large saucepan put 3.5 cups of water. Squeeze the 2 lemons and throw the rinds in the water. Make sure you keep some of the juice aside. Add 1-inch ginger, ½ tsp pepper, and boil for 5 minutes. Filter out the water. In a tall glass take prepared warm detox water and add 1 tsp honey and 1 tsp lemon. Mix well.
