Ingredients:

10.5 oz. Bread flour
0.17 oz. Yeast
1.4 oz. Sugar
0.4 tsp. Salt
1.4 oz. Vegetable oil
1.2 cup Warm water
6 Pieces Sausages
8.8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
1 cup Bread crumbs

Directions:

Sift flour and make 3 holes into it, then mix with yeast, sugar, and salt.

Add vegetable oil and warm water to the dough, mix it, cover it, and let it ferment in a warm place for 2 hours.

Cut sausages into 7-8cm/ cheese into 5-6cm pieces.

Put sausage and cheese on the skewer. and dip it into the dough. After applying the dough coat it with bread crumbs evenly.

Put it in the preheated oil and fry evenly.
