Ingredients:
  • 0.8 tsp. Powdered gelatin
  • 0.5 oz. Coldwater
  • 2.4 oz. Dark chocolate
  • 3.5 oz. Milk
  • 0.5 oz. Sugar
  • 5.2 oz. Unsweetened whipped cream
Directions:

Mix gelatin powder with cold water evenly, so that it doesn't clump.

Mix the whipped cream, sugar, and milk evenly. Heat it in the microwave oven.

Dissolve the macerated gelatin completely in this mixture.

Add chocolate to the mixture. Stir until the chocolate is completely melted.

Pour pudding dough into a pudding cup or small container.

I've got two and a half cups based on the size of the sauce container I used. Refrigerate for 3-4hours.

The pudding melts quickly, so please soak it in hot water and take it out. Enjoy!
