Ingredients:
  • CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE RECIPE:
  • 3 Tbsp Almond flour, extra-fine
  • 2 Tbsp Cacao powder
  • 2 Tbsp Monk fruit*
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1 Tbsp Coconut oil
  • 1/2 Tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/4 Tsp Baking powder
  • A pinch of Kosher salt
  • 1 Tbsp Chocolate chips, optional
  • VANILLA MUG CAKE RECIPE | keto + paleo:
  • 1/4 Cup Almond flour, extra fine
  • 2 Tbsp Monk fruit*
  • 1 Tsp Coconut oil
  • 1/8 Tsp Vanilla seeds or 1/2 Tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 1/4 Tsp Baking powder
  • A pinch of Kosher salt
Directions:

Grease an 8-ounce mug with coconut oil, butter, enjoy as is, or top with whipped cream and fresh berries. or cooking sprays and set aside. Combine all ingredients in a small spouted cup and mix until you have a nice, rich cake batter. Transfer batter into prepared mug. Sprinkle chocolate chips over the top and cook in the microwave for one minute or until set through and springy on top. All microwaves will vary a bit. Enjoy as-is, or top with whipped cream and fresh berries.

Grease an 8-ounce mug with coconut oil or cooking spray. If using fresh vanilla beans, scrape them out of the pod and set them aside. Combine all ingredients in a spouted glass cup and stir until you have a nice, rich cake batter. Transfer the batter to the mug and pop in the microwave for one minute. Top with your favorite topping and enjoy!
