“Jambalaya on the bayou” you can have some creative fun when you make a Jambalaya. In this one-pot rice dish, I added some Cajun spice seasoning and cooked the ingredients until caramelized, to produce rich flavors and create a dark tone to the end dish. This is absolutely one of those one-pot rice dishes that you can practically add whatever you like to make your own version I added the jalapeno to mine to give it a kick you can also use any rice you like.
