- 5 Large Egg
- 【For The Mushroom】
- 2 tbsp. Cooking Oil
- 3 oz. White Mushroomㅤ ㅤ ㅤ ㅤ ㅤ
- 3 oz. Beech Mushroom
- 3 oz. White Crab Mushroom
- 0.25 tsp. Salt
- 0.25 tsp. Black Pepper
- 1.5 tbsp. White Wine
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
- 0.5 tsp. Sugar
- 1 tsp. Oyster Sauce
- 2 tbsp. Cornstarch Slurry ( Corn Starch + Water: 1 To 2 Ratio Of Cornstarch To Water)
- 2 cup Cooked Rice
- 【Garnish】
- 1 tbsp. Green Onion, Chopped

Cut off the bottoms of the seafood mushrooms, beach mushrooms and white mushrooms. Separate them individually and then clean them.

Heat cooking oil over medium heat and make scrambled egg first.

Heat cooking oil over medium heat, then stir fry mushrooms for 1-2 mins. Then add salt, balck pepper, shrimp, white wine, chicken broth, soy sacue, sugar, and oyster sauce. Mix them well.
