Fried Shrimp Balls

Ingredients:
- 1 lb. Shrimps, Peeled And Deveined
- 10 oz. Sliced White Bread
- 1 count Egg White
- 0.5 tsp. Salt Salt
- 0.5 tsp. Sugar
- 1 tsp. White Pepper To Taste
- 10 oz. Butter, Cut Into Small Cubic Pieces
- 0.5 cup Shaoxing Cooking Wine
- 3 stalk Green Onion, cut in 1 inch long pieces
- 10 pieces Ginger

Cut crust of bread off.

Cut bread into small pieces(as shown in the video).

Combine green onion, ginger and shaoxing cooking wine in a bowl, mix well for seasoning later.

Mince shrimps.

In a large bowl, combine minced shrimp, salt, sugar, white pepper, egg white and the seasoning mixture, mix well.

Shape shrimp mixture into ball and insert a small pieces butter in center of shrimp ball,
