Ingredients:
- 4 cup Frozen mixed berries
- 7 large Frozen bananas
- 1 tbsp. Hemp hearts, optional
- 1 tbsp. Chia seeds, optional
- 1/3 cup Greek yogurt, optional
- 1/4 cup Cashew (or other nuts) butter
- 1 cup Coconut water
- 1/4 cup Ice cubes

If using fresh fruit, line a baking sheet with parchment and layout berries (and/or bananas). Freeze until solid (at least 2 hours).
