Mini Cream Puffs

These Mini Puffs are light and creamy. A little crunchy dough with a perfect whipped cream filling inside. A perfect dessert that is loved by both children and adults.

Ingredients:
  • The Puff batter
  • 3 Large Eggs
  • 2.6 oz. Cake flour
  • 2 oz. Butter
  • 2.3 oz. Milk
  • 2.4 oz. Water
  • 1 tbsp. Sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. Salt
  • Cream
  • 7 oz. Heavy whipping cream
  • 3/4 tbsp. Sugar
  • 1.5 tbsp. Rose Syrup
  • 1 Drop Food color pink
  • 1 tsp. Lemon juice
Directions:

Whisk the 2 eggs. Sift the cake flour.

In a smaller pan add milk, water, sugar, salt, and butter, turn the heat on, and mix them.

Add the cake flour and mix while the heat is still on. Fry the dough for 2-3 minutes.

Put it out into a bowl and add the whisked eggs. Mix it properly.

Put the dough into a piping bag and make small dough ball on the tray coated with parchment paper.

Preheat the oven to 370 ℉/190 °C and bake for 8 minutes. Then turn to 356 ℉/180 °C and bake for 8-10 minutes.

Into a big bowl add heavy whipping cream, sugar, rose syrup, pink food color, and lemon juice. Whip it with the hand mixer.

Make a small hole at the bottom of each puff. Push the cream inside of the puff with a piping bag.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar and enjoy!
