Ingredients:
  • 3 Ea. Green kiwis
  • 1 Ea. Banana
  • 2 Ea. Cucumbers
  • 1 Oz. Baby spinach, fresh and washed
  • 5 Tbsp Greek yogurt plain
Directions:

Peel your kiwis, banana, and cucumbers. If preferred, you can leave the cucumber skin on.

Chop roughly big pieces of all your fruits and vegetable.

Place all in a stand blender and blend until smooth.

Serve 1 hour to 30 minutes prior to sleep.
