This delicious Crispy Potato Cheese Quesadilla is a perfect breakfast. An easily made stuffing with potatoes, bacon, corn, and peas stuffed into the tortillas fried on a pan making a soft, and crunchy one at the same time. Quick and tasty for any day you like.

Ingredients:
  • 2 Medium Potato
  • 4 Tsp Cheese powder
  • Black pepper
  • 1/4 Pieces of Onion
  • 3 Pieces of Bacon
  • 3 Tbsp Peas
  • 3 Tbsp Corn
  • 6 Pieces Tortilla (18 cm diameter)
  • Pizza tomato sauce
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Oil
Directions:

Cut the potatoes into smaller pieces. Steam (for 25 minutes) or boil (for 10 minutes) them.

Mash the potatoes and add cheese powder, black pepper to them and mix well.

Chop the onion, dice the bacon.

Sautee the onion and bacon together then add the peas and the corn. Fry them together.

Add it to the mashed potatoes and mix well.

Take a tortilla and paste with pizza tomato sauce.

Add shredded mozzarella on half of the tortilla. Then add the filling and again add shredded mozzarella on the top. Close it with another half of the tortilla.

Add oil to a frying pan and turn to medium heat. Fry the tortilla on both sides until turning light brown.
