Ingredients:
  • Pineapple Turmeric Smoothie
  • 1 cup Dairy-free milk
  • 2 cup Frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 Large Banana
  • 1 tbsp. Fresh turmeric grated (or 1 teaspoon ground turmeric)
  • 1 tsp. Fresh ginger grated (or 1/3 teaspoon ground ginger)
  • Apple Carrot Beet Smoothie
  • 1 Medium Red beet, trimmed, cut into 2-inch chunks
  • 1 Large Apple any variety, cut into 2-inch chunks
  • 3 Large Carrots ends trimmed, cut into 2-inch chunks
  • 1 Large Orange, juiced
  • 2 Inch Piece of fresh ginger, peeled
  • 1 cup Cold water
Directions:

Pineapple Turmeric Smoothie: Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend for 30 seconds on high, or until creamy.

Apple Carrot Beet Smoothie: Place all ingredients in the pitcher of a high-powered blender, and blend until smooth, about 1-2 minutes. Use the tamper if needed. Pour the smoothie into glasses and enjoy right away, or chill in the fridge to enjoy later.
