Ingredients:
  • Tortilla
  • 1 Tsp Tomato sauce
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Fillings:
  • 10 Pieces Shrimp
  • 4 Large Eggs
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped parsley
Directions:

Cut the shrimp and mix with the eggs, salt, pepper and chopped parsley.

In medium-low heat put some oil in a frying pan and pour into the egg mixture. Make scrambled eggs.

Put a tortilla into a pan and paste tomato sauce on the top.

Add a layer of shredded mozzarella, scrambled eggs, and another layer of shredded mozzarella to half of the tortilla. Cover with the other half of the tortilla.

Fry on medium-low heat for about 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown on both sides
