Cooking turkey kabobs with vegetables is probably one of the best ideas when cooking outside. Spicy turkey pieces combined with vegetables like eggplant, potatoes, and tomatoes are a perfect choice for a barbecue. Enjoy the taste of an original kabob served on flatbread!

Ingredients:
  • 1 Whole Turkey
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric powder to taste
  • Paprika to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 3 Large Eggplants
  • 12 Medium Tomatoes
  • 3 Large Potatoes
  • 7 Oz. Lamb fat
  • 0.4 Cup Vegetable oil
  • 2 Packs Flatbread

Take a whole turkey and cut it into pieces. Taste them with salt, black pepper, paprika, turmeric powder, add vegetable oil and mix it properly into the meat.

Prepare the vegetables. Rinse and trim the eggplants and potatoes and cut them into thick slices. Rinse the tomatoes. Thread the meat, eggplant, potatoes, and tomatoes onto lightly oiled skewers and season with salt. The vegetables combine with lamb fat when threading onto the skewers.

Grill the kababs on a hot barbecue on all sides for 12-15 minutes.

Serve them on flatbread with fresh vegetables of your choice.
