Ingredients:
  • Crust:
  • 5 1/2 cup Flour
  • 2 1/4 tsp. Salt
  • 4 1/2 tsp. Powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup Butter
  • 2 Large Egg yolks
  • Filling:
  • 6 cup Cherries pitted and halved
  • 3 cup Sour cream
  • 9 tbsp. Sugar
  • 3 tsp. Vanilla extract
  • 2 Large Eggs
Directions:

Mix the butter with the egg yolks, salt, sugar, and flour, until it forms a dough.

Put the dough into the baking dish, make holes it in it with a fork a let it sit.

Pit the cherries.

Prepare the cream: Mix sour cream with eggs, sugar, and starch.

Put the cherries on the crust, add the cream, and put it in the oven. Bake for 45 minutes at 375 °F/ 195 °C.
