Ingredients:
  • Marinade:
  • 0.5 cup Oil
  • 3 Cloves Garlic, minced
  • Parsley, fresh, chopped
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • For frying:
  • 1 Large Carp
  • 3 Large Tomatoes
  • 5 Middle Potatoes
  • 2 Smaller Peppers
  • 1 Large Lemon
  • For the salad:
  • 1/2 Large Cabbage
  • 3 Large Tomatoes
  • 1 Large Bell pepper
  • 1 Large Carrot
  • Garlic, minced
  • Parsley, fresh, chopped
  • Bulgarian pepper
  • Salt
  • Olive oil
  • 5 Pieces Pita bread
Directions:

First, prepare the marinade. Mix all the ingredients with the oil and season with salt and black pepper.

Clean the carp and cut it in half. Remove the inside parts too.

Rub the marinade on the carp.

When the oil is hot, put the carp on the grill and fry.

Add tomatoes, potatoes, peppers, and a lemon cut in half on the grill.

Prepare the salad: Slice the cabbage, chop the tomatoes, slice the bell pepper and add into a bowl. Slice the carrot, mince the garlic, and chop the fresh parsley.

Mix it all together in a big bowl. Add salt, Bulgarian pepper, and olive oil.

When the fish is grilled serve with the grilled vegetables and the salad and enjoy!
