Ingredients:
  • 4.5 Tbsp Cooking oil
  • 1/3 Cup Milk
  • 3/4 Cup Cake flour
  • 6 Large Eggs
  • 1/4 Tsp Vanilla extract
  • 0.07 Oz. Lemon juice
  • 5 Tbsp Sugar
  • For the cream:
  • 3.5 Oz. Mascarpone cheese
  • 1.5 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1/4 Tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 Cup Heavy whipping cream
Directions:

Mix cooking oil with milk. Sift the flour and mix it properly.

Divide the egg yolks from the whites. Add the yolks, vanilla extract to the dough and mix properly.

Egg lemon juice to the whites and start to beat. Add sugar to it in 3 steps.

Mix the dough with the beaten whites.

Pour the dough into a baking tray covered with parchment paper. Bake for 35 minutes at 340°F / 170°C.

Mix the mascarpone with the sugar and the vanilla extract.

Add heavy whipping cream to it and whisk until homogenized.

Take out the dough, make small cuts of 0.4inches in the front of the dough where you will start to roll it.

Paste the cream on the dough. Roll it with a help of parchment paper. Refrigerate for about 1 hour.
