Mix the eggs, oil, sugar, instant yeast, all-purpose flour.
Knead the dough until it is not sticking to the bowl. Let it rest for about 20 minutes.
Knead the dough again and let it rise for about an hour to double size.
Divide the dough in half. Divide each half to 8 pieces.
Take a piece and roll to a small square. Add grated mozzarella into the middle of it and wrap it in the dough. Make small round buns. Cover the buns with plastic wrap. Let the buns rise for about 40 minutes.
Heat a frying pan on low heat and fry the buns for about 8-10 minutes, both sides should be golden.
