  • cup Coconut milk
  • 1 can Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 tsp. Nutmeg powder
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 2 tsp. Smoked paprika
  • tsp. Coriander powder
  • 2 tbsp. Coconut Aminos
  • ㅤSauté The Vegetables
  • 2 tbsp. Olive oil
  • 3 medium Carrot
  • 1 large Red bell pepper
  • 3 cloves Garlic cloves
  • 2 cup White button mushroom
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Ground black pepper

Add olive oil to the sauté pan and heat over medium heat. Add all 【Sauté The Vegetables】and stir well.
