Ingredients:
  • For the crust:
  • 2 cup Graham Crackers, crushed
  • 1/4 tsp. Salt
  • 1 stick Unsalted butter, melted
  • For the pie
  • 1/3 cup Key lime juice (or lime juice)
  • 1/3 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 cup Sweetened condensed milk
  • 16 oz. Cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 tbsp. Salt
  • 1 tbsp. Key lime zest (or lime zest)
  • Garnish
  • 1 tbsp. Key lime zest (or lime zest)

In a large bowl, mix melted butter with crushed graham crackers and salt. Press firmly into the sides of a 9" pie crust until a nice crust has formed. There may be a bit leftover, it's a beautiful garnish.

In a medium bowl, whisk lime juice and sugar until dissolved. Add remaining ingredients and mix until combined. Pour over crust and refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
