Crispy balloon flatbread is an easy breakfast recipe that is quick to prepare. Fancy-looking bread with sesame seeds is a perfect snack that is sweet and delicious and can also sandwich meat and vegetables with it.

Ingredients:
  • 2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 0.68 cup Lukewarm water
  • 1 tbsp. Cooking oil
  • 5 tsp. All-purpose flour
  • 4 tbsp. Sugar
Directions:

Mix the flour with the water and add oil. Mix it properly together.

Knead the mixture until it forms a dough and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Knead the dough again and let it rest for 30 minutes.

In a small bowl mix the flour and sugar.

After 30 minutes take the dough to the rolling board and form a long roll of it. Divide it into 8 parts. Create small balls from it.

Roll out each ball as per the video. Put some of the flour-sugar mixes into it, seal it and flatten the dough with a rolling pin.

Brush the top with water and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Preheat the oven at 450 °F/230 °C and bake for 10 minutes.
