Ingredients:
  • For the cake
  • 2 stick Butter
  • 1/2 cup Cocoa
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 2 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
  • cup Ap flour
  • 1 cup Choppe dnut of choice
  • For the frosting
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 3 tbsp. Cocoa
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1 lb. Powdered sugar
  • cup Miniature marshmallows

Preheat oven to 325°F/163°C and grease a 13"x9" pan. In a small saucepan, melt butter and cocoa then let to cool slightly. In a large bowl, beat together sugar and eggs until smooth then add the cocoa/butter mixture for 1 minute. Add salt, flour, milk, and vanilla, mix beat together for 1 more minute. Fold in nuts. Spread onto 13"x9" pan and bake for 30 minutes.

While the cake is baking, melt the butter in a small saucepan. Add cocoa and milk, then stir in sugar. With 2 minutes left on the cake, pull from the oven and sprinkle miniature marshmallows on top then return to the oven. When finished, quickly spread the frosting over the top to make it look like mud. Cool and enjoy!
