  • Original dough:
  • 4.9 oz. Butter
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 2.1 oz. White sugar
  • 2.1 oz. Brown sugar
  • 3/4 tsp. Salt
  • 2.4 oz. Cookie flour
  • 5.2 oz. Plain flour
  • 0.35 oz. Corn starch
  • 0.1 oz. Baking soda
  • 3.5 oz. Chocolate chips
  • 5.2 oz. Nuts
  • Chocolate dough:
  • 4.9 oz. Butter
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 2.1 oz. White sugar
  • 2.1 oz. Brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1.4 oz. Cookie flour
  • 5.2 oz. Plain flour
  • 1 oz. Cocoa powder
  • 0.35 oz. Corn starch
  • 0.1 oz. Baking soda
  • 3.5 oz. Chocolate chips
  • 5.2 oz. Nuts
Directions:

Loosen the soft butter in a white, soft creamy way.

Add salt and sugar to the butter and mix until coarse particles of sugar disappear to some extent.

Add the eggs and mix them at a high speed without separating them.

Complete when the separated cream changes back to soft and heavy.

Put the powder in one place and sieve it.

Add chocolate chips and nuts (anything) and mix them.

Split the dough into the size of a baseball. Preheat to 390 °F/200 °C and bake at 338 °F/ 170 °C for 15 minutes.
