Ingredients:
  • Main dough:
  • 2 cup All-purpose flour/ plain flour
  • 1 tbsp. Sugar
  • 4 tbsp. Cooking oil
  • 0.46 cup Water
  • Pastry dough:
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour/ plain flour
  • 0.33 cup Cooking oil
  • Fillings:
  • 12.3 oz. Potatoes
  • 3.5 oz. Onion
  • 8.8 oz. Chicken breast
  • 1 tbsp. Cooking oil
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 2 tbsp. Sugar
  • 2 tbsp. Curry powder
  • 1 tsp. Soy sauce
  • 0.42 cup Water

You need to use 2 peeled potatoes, cut into small dice, 100 grams of onion, chop it. Cut chicken breast into small cubes.

Heat the pan on high heat and pour 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of cooking oil into the pan. Add 100 grams of chopped onion and fry it until fragrant. Then add 250 grams of chopped chicken breasts and continue to stir-fry.

After the chicken becomes white, add chopped potatoes. Add salt, sugar, curry powder, soy sauce. Continue to stir-fry.

Add water, cover with a lid and cook on low heat for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes remove the lid and fry out the waters to this sticky state. Put it in a bowl and let it cool.

The next step is to make the dough. Pour all-purpose flour/plain flour into a bowl. Add sugar, cooking oil, water, stir while pouring. Then knead into a dough. This is a medium soft dough, cover and lets it rest for about 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, continue to knead the dough, it will become smooth after a few times. Cover the dough and let it continue to rest for about 30 minutes.

Let's make the pastry dough now. Pour all-purpose flour/plain flour, into a bowl. Add cooking oil, mix well, then knead into a ball. Wrap it in plastic wrap and let it rest for a while.

After 30 minutes, take out the main dough. Roll out into long strips and divide into 6 parts, each dough is about 85 grams. Roll out each part of the dough. Cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for a while, then take out the pastry dough. Roll the pastry dough into long strips and divide it into 6 portions, about 37 grams each. Roll round each piece of dough. Take out one main dough and flatten it. Wrap a pastry dough into it, close the mouth and pinch it tightly.

Turn on medium heat and pour cooking oil into the pan. When the oil temperature reaches about 320°F/ 160°C, add the prepared dough You can turn it with chopsticks to heat it more evenly. Deep fry until both sides are golden brown and then you can take it out of the pan.
