Ingredients:
  • Dough (This dough recipe can make 2 pizzas):
  • 1 tbsp. Sugar
  • 0.85 cup Lukewarm water
  • 1/2 tbsp. Instant yeast
  • 2 cup Bread flour
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • Topping:
  • 2 tbsp. Tomato sauce
  • 1/3 cup Mozzarella cheese
  • 7 slices Pepperoni (optional)
Directions:

Mix the sugar and yeast into the lukewarm water.

Mix bread flour with salt. Add the yeast mixture into the flour and mix properly.

Knead it until it forms a dough. Let it rest for 10 minutes.

Knead it again a little and let it rest for an hour to double-size.

Take it to the rolling board, degas, and divide it into 2 parts. Let it rest for 15 minutes.

When ready take one part and create a round shape dough for the pizza.

Coat a frying pan with some cooking oil. Put the dough on the pan and make little holes in it with a fork.

When cooked from one side turn the pizza to the other side and turn off the heat. Put tomato sauce on it, add shredded cheese and pepperoni slices on the top. Let it cook on low heat for 8 minutes.
