Ingredients:
  • 1 lb. Boneless Chicken Thighs
  • 0.5 cup Chopped Onion
  • 1 cup Mushroom, Halved
  • 0.5 cup Carrot Peeled And Diced
  • 0.25 cup Green Bell Pepper
  • 0.25 cup Red Bell Pepper
  • 3 tbsp. Garlic, Peeled
  • 0.7 oz. Green Onion Slices
  • 0.7 oz. Ginger Slices
  • 1 pinch [Marinate] Salt
  • 1 pinch [Marinate] Pepper
  • 1 tbsp. [Marinate] Corn Starch
  • 1 tsp. [Sauce] Cooking Wine
  • 1 pinch [Sauce] Pepper
  • 2 can [Sauce] Coke
  • 0.5 tbsp. [Sauce] Soy Sauce
  • 0.5 tbsp. [Sauce] Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tbsp. [Sauce] Honey
  • 1 tbsp. [Sauce] Instant Coffee Powder
  • 2 tbsp. [Sauce] 1 tbsp corn starch + 1b water

Cut the boneless chicken thighs into bite size.

Combine with salt, pepper, and corn starch in a bowl.

In a large wok or skillet, heat the cooking oil. Deep fry the chicken thighs until they are golden brown and cooked through. Drain the oil and set aside.

In a large wok, add the cooking oil and garlic, and fry until the garlic turn golden brown. Drain the oil and set aside.

In a large wok, add cooking oil, ginger, green onion, mushroom, onion, carrot, cooking wine, and stir fry for 20-30 second. Add pepper to taste.

Add the cooked chicken thighs and garlic. Then, add cola and stir to combine. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.

Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, coffee powder, green and red bell pepper, and cook for 10 minutes over medium heat.

Add water and corn starch and stir until the sauce is thickened.
