Ingredients:
  • 9 slices Dark Green Kale Leaves
  • 1/2 cup Blueberries
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomato
  • 2 medium Blood Orange
  • tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. Avocado Oil
  • 1/4 tsp. Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/2 medium Lemon
  • 1/4 cup Hemp Seeds

Remove the stems from the kale and rough cut, then place is a large mixing bowl.

Massage the kale with your hands to soften the leaves.

Add apple cider vinegar and avocado oil and salt.

Slice the cherry tomatoes lengthwise. Carefully pare away the blood orange peel by cutting around the fruit to remove all visible pith. Add both to the salad with the blueberries.
