  • 2 large Egg white
  • 2 tbsp. Granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp. All-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp. Melted butter
  • cup Sliced almonds

Preheat the oven to 280°F/140°C.

In a bowl, whisk together egg white, sugar and flour. Add the melted butter and whisk gently until no lumps.

Scoop a tablespoon of the mixture on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Spread the mixture in a round shape. Place sliced almonds on the top. Bake for 13-15 minutes.

Take the almond crisp out and let them cool on a rack. Enjoy!
