Ingredients:

14.1 oz. Plain yogurt
7 oz. Heavy cream
1.5 oz. Sugar
Easy strawberry jam
3.5 oz. Strawberry (or frozen)
1 oz. Sugar
1 tsp. Lemon juice

Directions:

Place a colander in a bowl. Place the yogurt on top of a double layer of kitchen paper. Place in the refrigerator and let it drain for 2 hours to half a day.

Combine the cream and sugar in a bowl. Whisk in a blender.

Add the drained yogurt and mix further.

Mix evenly with a spatula.

Transfer to a container and chill in the freezer to complete!

How to make easy strawberry jam: put all of the jam ingredients in a small saucepan and let it sit for a few hours until the moisture starts to come out. Cook over the heat until the strawberries are soft, then it's done!
