Ingredients:
  • 5.2 oz. Tofu (silk)
  • 3.8 oz. Cake flour
  • 1.4 tsp. Baking powder
  • 1 oz. Cane sugar
  • A pinch of salt
Directions:

Sift all the ingredients except for the tofu into a bowl.

Add the tofu and mix.

Heat the vegetable oil to 356 ℉/180 °C.

Put the doughnut dough into the oil and fry it.

Sprinkle with sugar, soybean flour, or cinnamon sugar and serve. Enjoy!
