Ingredients:

2.1 cup Whipping cream
1 Can Sweetened condensed milk, cold
9.8 oz. Dark chocolate, melted

Directions:

Place a large glass or stainless steel bowl in the freezer for at least 15 minutes.

In a small bowl, mix chocolate and sweetened condensed milk.

Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until the mixture melts. Let it cool down a bit.

Remove the bowl from the freezer and add whipped cream.

Beat with an electric mixer until the cream begins to form stiff peaks.

Add a large spoonful of whipping cream to the chocolate mixture to thin it out.

Stir the chocolate mixture back into the whipping cream mixture until smooth, being careful not to stir or dump the whipping cream.

Pour into a 9" x 9" loaf pan or casserole dish. Cover and freeze until set, about 4 hours.
