Ingredients:
  • 8 count Hard-Boiled eggs
  • 2 lb. Pork Ribs
  • 3 tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp. Taiwan Alpine Oolong tea
  • 2 count Star Anises
  • 2 count Cinnamon sticks
  • 3 tbsp. Cooking Wine
  • 10 cup Water
  • 0.5 cup Soy sauce
  • 0.25 cup Oyster sauce
  • 0.25 cup Five-spice powder
  • 0.25 cup Rock sugar

In a wok over high temperature, heat oil to 300℉/150℃, deep-fry add eggs until golden. Remove from oil and set them aside.

Rube soy sauce all over pork ribs, to give the meat an appealing color.

Deep fry at 150-180°C/300-350°F until golden brown. Drain.

Return the wok to the stove, add Taiwan Alpine Oolong Tea, Add star arises, cinnamon sticks, cooking wine, and 10 cups water.

Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, five-spice powder, and rock sugar. Mix well.

Add deep-fried pork ribs and eggs, make sure all ingredients are immersed in the liquid, and add water if needed.
