Ingredients:
  • 500 g Squid, Jumbo Size
  • 0.3 cup Garlic Cloves
  • 3 tbsp. Ginger Slices
  • 3 oz. White Onion, Sliced
  • 1 cup Green Onion, Sliced
  • 2 tbsp. Green Bell Pepper, Sliced
  • 2 tbsp. Red Bell Pepper, Sliced
  • 2 tbsp. Yellow Bell Pepper, Sliced
  • 2 tbsp. Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp. Honey
  • 2 tbsp. Oyster Sauce
  • 2 tbsp. Seafood Sauce
  • 1 Salt Five Spice Powder
  • 2 tbsp. Vegetable Oil
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1 tbsp. Cooking Wine
  • 2 tbsp. Hot Chili Sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Lemon Juice

In a medium bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, oyster sauce, seafood sauce, five spice powder, and mix well. Set aside.

On hot teppanyaki table griller, pour vegetable oil and sauté garlic, ginger, onion and green onion for 1 minute, then mix together green/red/yellow bell pepper. Toss to combine well for 2 minutes. Season with black pepper, and add water during cooking will help to cook the vegetables faster. Set aside.

Place squid(Remove skin of squid. Clean and pat dry.) on the griddle, turn very quickly for 2 minutes. Add cooking wine.

Cut each squid into four pieces, then cut slowly to cress cut. Add hot chili sauce, prepared sauce mixture, and toss in the vegetables. Cook for 2 minutes to make sure all the ingredients absorbed the sauce.
