Final Notes
Final Notes
Key feature: You need to boil boba until it is cooked well. It has to be soaked in the water after it's cooked. Sprinkling salt over the cutting board is to avoid slipperiness. Remember to wash the salt off after cutting. Do not stew for too long in the 4th step after adding boba, otherwise, boba will melt.
