  • 3 lb. Whole chicken
  • 1 tbsp. Salt [Marinade]
  • 1 tbsp. Red chili powder [Marinade]
  • 1 tbsp. Five-Spice Powder [Marinade]
  • 7 oz. Potato, peeled and sliced
  • 0.1 pieces Bay leaves
  • 2 count Star anise
  • 2 stalks Green onions
  • 1 piece Large lotus leaves for wrapping chicken
