Ingredients:
  • 16 oz. Oat milk
  • 1/4 cup Tart cherry juice concentrate
  • 1 tbsp. Beetroot powder
  • 1/4 tsp. Ashwagandha powder
  • 2 tsp. Honey(or maple syrup)
  • 2 tsp. Rosewater
  • Grated fresh ginger (or ground)

Add all of the ingredients to a small pot on the stove.

Stir until there is a light froth beginning to develop and light steam starting to appear.
