  • 1 tsp. Cayenne Pepper Powder
  • tsp. Dried Thyme
  • tsp. Dried Oregano
  • tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Black Pepper
  • tsp. Onion Powder

  • 4 lb. Pork Ribs
  • 1/2 cup Sweet Alcoholic Apple Cider
  • 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • Homemade Barbecue Sauce
  • cup Tomato Ketchup
  • 1/2 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 tsp. Molasses Powder
  • tbsp. Mustard Powder
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 2 tsp. Red Wine
  • 1 tsp. Black Pepper
  • 1/3 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp. Cayenne Pepper Powder
  • 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • Creamy Coleslaw
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/2 tsp. Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 3/4 tbsp. White Wine Vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. Onion Powder
  • tsp. Lemon, Juiced
  • 1 tbsp. Salt
  • 4 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 head Cabbage, Finely Shredded

Combine the 【Barbecue Rub】 for ribs ingredients.

Rub onto both sides of the ribs (most on meaty side).

Set aside to marinate for 20 Minutes (or overnight).

Preheat oven to 320°F/160°C (All oven vypes).

Place ribs on a tray in a single layer. Pour apple cider underneath the ribs.

Cover with foil then bake for 1 hour 30 minutes or until the meat is pretty tender

Remove from the oven, turn up to 350°F/180°C. Remove foil, drizzle with olive oil, then return ribs to oven for 15 minutes or until the rub becomes nice and crusty.

Line a new tray with foil then baking/parchment paper (you'll thank me later). Remove ribs from oven, transfer to lined tray. Pour any juices from the tray over the ribs.

Flip ribs so the bonier side is up. Slather with barbecue sauce, then bake for 10 minutes.

Remove from the oven, then turn ribs over so the meaty side is up. Slather with barbecue sauce, and bake for 5 minutes. Repeat 2 or 3 more times until you've got a thick glaze on the ribs.

Blend all【Creamy Coleslaw 】ingredients. Stir until smooth.

Pour over cabbage in a large bowl and toss until cabbage is well coated.

Adjust to taste: Sweeten with brown sugar or honey, salt and sour with vinegar. Use for glazing ribs and as a sauce for serving

Cut ribs into individual or multiple rib portions and serve with remaining barbecue sauce!
