Ingredients:
  • 1 fillet Chicken Breast
  • ㅤMarinade
  • 1/4 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tbsp. Egg White
  • 1/2 tbsp. Corn Starch
  • Cook The Chicken
  • 1 tbsp. Butter
  • 6 medium White Mushroom
  • 1 tbsp. Garlic, Sliced
  • 1 tbsp. Ginger, Sliced
  • 1/4 cup Green Onions
  • 1 tbsp. Red Thai Chili Peppers
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1/4 tsp. Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Carrot, Sliced
  • 2 tbsp. Slurry( 1 Tbsp of cornstarch and 2 Tbsp of Water. )
  • 2 cup Cooked Rice

Slice the chicken breast.

Put the sliced chicken into a bowl, and add all the 【Marinade】ingredents, mix well.

Put a piece of butter in the pot, when it starts to melt, put the mushrooms in the pot and stir until it is golden brown.

Fry the chicken in the pan until golden brown.

Then fry the garlic slices, ginger slices, anthracene segments, and red peppers together evenly.
