Ingredients:
  • 21.1 oz. Cooked rice
  • 7 oz. Canned tuna
  • 3 tbsp. Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp. Sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp. Sesame oil
  • 1/3 tbsp. Salt
  • Sauce:
  • 1 tbsp. Sugar
  • 2 tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. Water
Directions:

Mix 600g cooked rice, sesame, 2 tbsp sesame oil, and 1/3 tbsp salt.

After removing the oil of canned tuna, add 3 tbsp mayonnaise and mix.

Make the mixed rice like a baseball and press it to spread out.

Add 2 tbsp mayonnaise tuna to the spread rice and put together.

Lightly press the rice made like a baseball to make it flat.

Add 1 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp soy sauce, and 2 tbsp water to make a sauce.

Add the sauce over low heat and boil the sauce until thick.

Put the rice balls made in the braised sauce and apply the sauce on all sides. (If you make rice balls less than 3 servings, take the sauce separately and apply it to the rice balls!)

Put tuna rice balls in a clean pan and cook them crisply over low heat.

When grilled golden brown, the Grilled Tuna Jumeokbap(Rice Ball) is done!
