Today I made kimchi fried rice with chonggak kimchi chonggak kimchi is made with radishes. radishes Kimchi(or ponytail kimchi) is called chonggak kimchi in Korea. It’s more fun than kimchi fried rice, so it’s fun to chew on! Even beginners can easily eat deliciously without fail!

Ingredients:
  • 6 Pieces Chonggak kimchi(ponytail kimchi)
  • 2 Large Green onion
  • 2/3 Can Spam
  • 7 oz. Cooked rice
  • 1/2 tbsp. Sugar
  • 4 tbsp. Kimchi soup
  • 1 tbsp. Red pepper powder
Directions:

Chop chonggak kimchi.

Cut the green onion.

Mash 1/3 of the spam in a bag, and cut the other 1/3 similar to the size of chonggak kimchi.

Add oil to the pan and stir fry the green onion.

Add the crushed spam and roast until golden brown.

When it is golden brown, add the chonggak kimchi and fry it.

Put spam and add the kimchi soup, sugar, red pepper powder, and stir-fry.

Add the cooked cold rice and stir-fry.
