  • 6.25 oz. milk
  • 5.75 oz. vegetable oil
  • 10.25 oz. cake flour
  • 1 tbsp. baking powder
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 20 oz. Egg white
  • 10.25 oz. sugar
  • 2.3 tsp. Tartar powder
  • Filling
  • 33 oz. heavy cream
  • 5 oz. powdered sugar
  • Garnish
  • 1 count green apple
  • 12 count strawberries
  • 2 count peaches
  • 12 count 2 grapes
  • 2 count kiwi

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Egg yolk mixture: in a large bowl, whisk egg yolk, milk, vegetable oil until evenly combined. Then add cake flour and baking powder, salt, and whisk to make sure there are no lumps.

Egg white mixture: in another large bowl, add the egg whites, sugar, and tartar powder, and beat until you see hard peaks when lifting the mixer up.

Take about ¼ of the egg whites and fold them into the egg yolk mixture, then repeat with the remaining egg whites until the batter is evenly combined.

Transfer batter to the prepared baking pan and smooth the top with an offset spatula.

Bake 375°F(190°C) for 45 mins until light golden brown. Let cool completely.

Make the cream filling: in the bowl of a stand mixer, beat heavy cream and sugar at medium speed until pale and fluffy

Slice the cake horizontally into 3 parts. Spread cream filling evenly on each cake layer and over the cake surface.
