  • Egg Yolk Mixture
  • 2 Egg Yolk
  • 2.5 tsp. Sugar
  • 3 tbsp. Milk
  • 3 tsp. Vegetable Oil
  • 2.5 tbsp. All Purpose Flour
  • Egg White Mixture
  • 2 Egg White
  • 5 tsp. Sugar
  • For the cake
  • 0.25 tsp. Orange Food Coloring
  • 12 Egg Shells
  • 12 Green Tea Biscuit Sticks

In a medium bowl, combine the egg yolk mixture and mix well.

In another medium bowl, combine the egg white mixture and mix well.

Combine the egg yolk and egg white mixture.

Pour carefully into the empty egg shells.

Bake at 250°F (120°C) for 15 minutes.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for 15 minutes. Remove the egg shells carefully.

Using a long string, tie the cake following the video instruction. Set aside for 15 minutes. Repeat for the rest.
