  • 2.5 lb. Yellow Whole Chicken
  • 3 stalks Green onion
  • 4 pieces Ginger
  • 0.5 oz. Chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp. Dry ginger powder
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tbsp. Sesame oil
  • 2 count Cucumber
  • 0.1 tsp. Chopped green onion

Bring water to a boil, place a chicken in boiling water, add a dash of salt and a few slices of green onion and ginger. Continue to cook for 5 minutes over high heat.
