  • 5 oz. Red Snapper
  • 3 oz. Pear
  • 1 oz. Green Onion
  • 1 tsp. Cooking Wine
  • 1 tsp. Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Chinese Five Spice Powder
  • 0.5 tsp. Salt
  • 1 piece Soybean Curd Sheet
  • 3 count Beaten Egg

Cut fish fillet into small strips.

Cut green onion into thin strips, and slice pear into small strips.

In a large mixing bowl, combine fish, pear, green onion, sugar, Chinese five spice powder, cooking wine, and salt. Mix well.

Lay bean curd sheet on a flat surface, brush with egg liquid, and place filling on ⅓ of the bean curd sheet that is close to you.

Fold the edge close to you over fillings; fold sides in, then finish rolling.

Deep fry at low temperature until golden. Briefly drain fried fish rolls on a rack or absorbent paper.
